So on the eve day itself, we went to Docklands with Rushen to catch the fireworks show.
We went as early as 6pm, bought some snacks to do picnic by the harbor lol so gay. The weather was terribly hot, but it cools down as the day gets gloomier.
omai all junk foodUp to everyone's suprise, with such hot weather during the day, here comes the dark cloud.
I felt a few raindrops and we decided to move to the corridor for shelter.
The first fireworks was scheduled to start on 9.15pm but it's delayed to 9.25pm.
It was launched right on time, the fireworks was just plain awesome, just like what i saw in Moomba fest, kinda looks the same to me.
It was still raining, we were still in dilemma whether to stay or follow up on the next firework show which will run on midnight.
After talking cock and gossiping taking shelter at the side from the heavy drizzle, we stay on till midnight. Yong left 30 minutes earlier though.
Just 5 minutes before the clock ticks midnight, we walk to the harbor side under the rain hopping for the fireworks to show up.
We heard explosive sound on the left, i think the Crown started it first. We get a sight of it from Docklands as well.
Then not long after that, here comes the Docklands one ...
The fireworks was indeed a spectacular one. Despite being wet, but i think the experience to welcome 2010 truly worth the while. Especially during the finale of the fireworks, was indeed the best i've ever seen. Its like thousands of fireworks launched into the sky at the same time lightening up the whole gloomy sky.
Its like >9000 better than 1u or curve one lulululul.
